Default Wolves should not have sacked mick mac like the mags should never have sacked sir bob

Wolves chairman has royally f#cked imho. Doomed now and will lose their best players (a couple to us hopefully) stupid move by the board.

    Bad timing, unlike ellis! Perfect.

They were flirting with relegation each season, so getting rid of Mic Mac may actually have been the right thing to do. The wrong thing to do was appoint his assistant, as it basically changes nowt ... for example see us vs Wolves with Eric Black in charge.

Should have had a replacement lined up, however they have dropped a bollock here.

iirc nobody wanted the job. Black got the job due to indifference from everyone else. (except perhaps Bruce (who finished 10th you know) and they didn`t want him).

Don`t think there was much in the way of candidates.

Is that right or am I getting confused and talking shite again?

Living by Evesham I know a few Wolves fans, told them MM would get them promoted but not good enough for the prem.
They said I was wrong when they survived last season, I said you got lucky, now replace him before next season as you may not be so lucky again.
I think he was taking them down anyway.

But if they had sacked him in the summer the pundits would have been in uproar.
Even though to progress it is what they needed to do imo.

They were going down with him in charge anyway, just not as quick. They should have asked him earlier.

How on earth it compares to bobby Robson i'll never know.

They were right to sack McCarthy - his last game they got beat 5-1 at home off WBA ffs.

What they done wrong was to appoint Terry Connor
