Just common sense I would think in doing less. Did you drink plenty of water, leave a decent gap between your food and going gym?

If I havent got time to wait I feel sick having my tea to soon to going to the gym

Whenever I train legs I feel rotten afterwards.

Been half way through a session, thrown up, then gone back to finish.

Part and parcel of training hard.
