Default Getting the smell of smoke out of things

I've had some of the bairns cuddly toys and books stored in the spare room where The Wench smokes about forty tabs a day.

I'm clearing it out now and the bairn wants some toys back but some I'm giving to charity etc. but as you can imagine they absolutely honk of smoke.

Whats the best way to get rid of the smoke smell, febreeze or summit.

I'm expecting the usual comedy but any sensible answers would also be appreciated.

    Cheers

If they're washable then put them in the wash, if not then something like Febreze. If neither works, then dowse them in red wine and vinegar and set fire to them.

Dip them in milk and leave in sunlight. After a while you won't notice the smell of smoke.

Are you doubting my advice? To be honest, try the first two and hang them on the washing line if possible.
