    anyone watch that shit last night, that fat fucker said he wasnt overeating just liked a few snacks n that

    Bowl of Cereal, Bacon Egg Muffin x 2 for breakfast

    Ham sarnie x 2 for 11ies

    Ham Cheese and tomato bageutte for Dinner

    Ham Sarnie x 2 for afternoon snack

    Pizza and a side salad for Tea

    Ham sarnie x 2 for supper

    And a bowl of cereal while rubbing one out to babestation about 1 am...



    and when the fucker goes to chippy he likes to get an extra battered sausage to snack on on the way home..

    4605 calories a day thats some munching that like

    He was so full of shit no wonder he was 30st. Time after time he was saying he doesnt eat that much and even them calculated he only ate 4400 calories a day he put away alot more than that.

    mrs had it on so i caught some of it. her comments "why don't we just let them get on with eating themselves to death"

    i probably eat 1800-2400 calories a day and burn an extra 800-1000 cycling to and from work.

    no, been stable at 68-70kg for a while now. i will usually have an off-day per week and i do like a beer now and again. gives me the flexibility.
