Still waiting for mine and the money hasn't come out of the bank even though I have an e mail saying that my application had been received.

I have hardly missed a game home or away for the last 6 years so loyalty points aren't the problem.

Will ring the office tomorrow but will be absolutely gutted if they can't fix me up with tickets - has a similar thing ever happened to anyone else

Did you get one back saying your application was succseful. It did oversubscribe so I'm sure how they'll sort them out. Averaging?

U mite have got a confirmation of tickets email
but it mite be in ur spam or junk folder so I would check this?

Wouldn't matter - as already said, I've hardly missed a game home or away for 6 years

I have got confirmation with reference number etc - it looks like the club just haven't actioned the booking

But he said the money hadn't came out, so if he got a cofirmation the money would have came out.

I received mine last Thursday but never received confirmation by email.

You sure you selected to have them sent to you? They're probably waiting in the ticket office.

I've used the same procedure as usual - applied on line and checked the box asking for them to be posted out to me - then an automated e mail came back saying that they have received my application.

I've heard nowt since and no money has come out of my bank account.

It looks like I'm going to miss out because someone hasn't done their job properly at the ticket office

Doesn't look like you've got one then. My money went out on Thursday and tickets arrived Friday morning.
