    Default Sleep cycle (iPhone app)

    Anyone use this?

Started using it over the weekend as I've always had trouble sleeping. According to my graph, last night I spent more time on the cusp of being awake than I did being actually asleep.

    That's interesting, innit?

You put the phone at the top of your mattress, and it using the accelerometer to chart how much you moved during the night. It then calculates when to sound your alarm based on when you're likely to be most awake, within 30 minutes prior to your specified alarm time.

Dunno how accurate it is mind, but it seems canny.

I started using it but as it wasn't long after my youngest was born, it wasn't very accurate obviously, with me up and down all night.
    Might give it another go.

Sounds like something I'd be interested in, as I wake if a moth farts in the room. Of course I'd have to get an iPhone first like.

Jesus. I reckon mine will be very similar, as I'm the same. Very rarely I don't feel exhausted, and just sort of put up with it. I'll get my girlfriend to download that to her phone, and I'll use hers.
