Ticket Office - Come back Fri for Season card

Our boy just went to the ticket office to get a season card but got told to come back Fri to see if any are available and he will get it for the same price.

I thought they get took off sale tomorrow and then prices go up when back on sale prob end of season. What was the bloke at the ticket office on? Could he just not be bothered to do his job properly?

Wednesday and Thursday are reserved days for existing applicants to move seats. I.e. those that didnt renew their existing seat by the deadline but still want to renew and take a new seat....

...It's only fair that existing ST holders get first dibs at any seats that aren't renewed?? The bloke in the ticket office was doing his job properly I reckon, although he should have probably explained this to your brother.

Oh right so Fri must be the day when new applicants can apply for any seats not renewed. I just hope he can get a seat at the prices they are now. If they said he can though then I'm sure that is OK. All a bit confusing as the deadline is 5pm Wed.

I'm not so sure, as far as I'm aware you need to renew or buy one by Wed

Thats exactly what I thought. What if he goes back Friday and they aren't available to buy?

i spoke to a woman in the ticket office a few weeks back and was told that any season ticket holder wanting to change their seat for next season can go down on the 8th and 9th and still get them at the same price and also still take advantage of the DD scheme. I presume this is still the case.

Its Thursday and Friday, the season cards are still on sale tomorrow.

They are fucking dicks.

They told us that if we wanted to change seats to go back on thursday!! By the looks of the website that wont be happening.

Right, someone clear this up for me. I have a season ticket and yet to renew as I want to move seats to sit next to my mate. So, can I just go down tomorrow with my mate and move both of our seats somewhere else? Or do I have to wait until after the deadline on Wednesday?

I was told the same would apply for new applicants also on them dates!
gonna give them a ring on the day and find out,all seems a bit confusing like.
