Bardsley Bramble Welbeck Gyan? Ferdinand? Richardson? Young Player Mignolet Welbeck Slim pickings this season. |

Mignolet for young player.
Welbeck would be the only alternative but it was quite far into the season before he really started playing well consistently, then he got injured not long later. Player of the year is tough. If the season ended halfway through I'd have said Bramble, but he's been poor since he came back from his first injury. Bardsley has been most consistent but his form has plummeted in the last few games. Malbranque would have the highest 'average rating' for me, but he hasn't been picked often enough to win the award. I'd maybe give both awards to Mignolet. He was absolutely sensational at the start of the season and has still been very good lately, keeping the score respectable in a few games. |

See the Danny Collins brigade is voting for bardsley, its a joke if he gets it like fuck me man, he does his best but its simply not good enough! You need to watch the goals we have conceeded, a few aggressive tackles don't make u a good player he makes mistake after mistake not direct mistakes that lead to goals, but that's how he gets away with them unnoticed.

Player of the Year, can only be Bardsley, he tries hard, sometimes wins a tackle, has a shit left foot and is to all purposes a Championship plodder
