It's the companies that dictate the prices. The indie games and download only games aren't that expensive in my opinion.

Never used xbl so cant comment on it but like you say £50 for fifa is a rip, no cost to them, they dont have to stock it no physical cost for disc, packaging, postage etc.

But its not just the games the films and tv shows are a rip as well.
They want like £2 for one episode of family guy or southpark.

    Surprised they make any sales.

Only thing i've bought in 3+ years is the undead nightmare dlc and only cos it was the same price as in the shops.

BXL still sells all the CoD games between £20 and £45.

    £20 for CoD4 and £45 for Blops.

    Laughable tbh.

I've got a 500gb hdd in my ps3 and I'd rather download games but Rayman was on there a few weeks back for 49.99! WTF
I'd quite happily buy direct from sony if it was a fiver cheaper then the disc version

Sure thats on us psn currently for $7.99 or something. Rayman HD.

Make new account, then new psn account, google a yank address and get dollars from ebay or http://playstationnetworkcards.net/p...sn-card-20-us/

Works across all accounts on the ps3. Just don't delete the yank one ever.
