What is the qualification criteria these days? Top 4 Champions league, 5th Europa league then if the winner AND runner up of either cup qualifies by league position, 6 and 7th could qualify?

Wouldn't it be funny (though I feel unlikely) if they finished 7th but did not get Europa because we at least got to the FA Cup final?
