    Default Team last time out for the 1-1

    Craig Gordon;
    Nedum Onuoha (Bolo Zenden 76),
    Titus Bramble,
    Anton Ferdinand,
    Phil Bardsley;
    Steed Malbranque,
    Kieran Richardson,
    Jordan Henderson,
    Ahmed Elmohamady (Jack Colback 88);
    Darren Bent,
    Asamoah Gyan

    Possible changes for tomorrow

    Mingolet, perhaps not better but definitely more match fit than Gordon was last time out.
    Onunha, wouldn't get in this team I reckon.
    Brown is better than Bramble and much less prone to errors. A midfield of Cattermole/Larsson/Gardner/Vaughan will control the midfield better than any containing Henderson and Steed. Plus Colback has come on massively since that game
    Bent, was just waiting for the game to finish so he could fuck off. Replaced by the trickery of Sess.

    Will still be a tough game and they have some decent players but I reckon the team we will put out tommorrow is much better than last seasons 1-1

    i'd agree and the newcastle team is weaker.

    I think people are underestimating the mgas...yet again! Do you ever learn?

    The following players are canny players and could all cause us problems if we're not on the ball (as we weren't last season):

    Ba
    Barton
    Tiote
    Spiderman
    Cabaye

    Not to mention that Ameobi has scored every time he's played against us (or close to).

    hasn't h only scored once at the SOL? People do underestimate but have lost a fair few good players, they scored 6 past us last season and nolan got 4...he's gone. It's our chance tomorrow and we are better than last season.

    will be shitting it tomorrow

    Are we? It's early days and we've done very little since January.

    look at the lineup in the last game compared to now, i'd prefer that team. The only massive loss since january was bent imo.

    Bent wasn't there last time either. At least his head was already elsewhere.
