    Default Hospitality options....

Looking to treat the old man for his 75th Birthday with a hospitality match day experience.

Has anyone done any of them? Any good/bad points for any? Theres a few to choose from... Executive club, James Herriot suite, Durham Suite, River view Brasserie, Sports bar etc.....

    Cheers

What could be cheaper and better - a nice lunch somewhere (eg seaham hall)
Taxi transfer from a decent company with nice cars
    Black cats bar tickets
Sneak into the sports bar at FT

Failing that the hospitality are all much of a muchness, the function rooms are better than the boxes though

Get what you're saying but idea is to make a day of it at the club without hastle of taxi's etc.

Was planning on one of the functions than a box too. Probably try and do it for the Mags game as its West Brom nearest his birthday which isn't too exciting...

You might not want to do it for the Mags game cos they dont let you do that one as a one-off. For that or Man Utd its a two game minimum booking in hospitality so it gets expensive.

Has that changed recently, because we went to the Durham Suite for the mags game when they beat us 4-1 and it was a one off booking. The place was full of them.
