Welcome to the FM WeeGiE Update based on the 9.0.3 database for Football Manager 2009, this will focus on all real life changes that happened post release of the official Sports Interactive patch.

- Promotions & Relegations completed for all playable England & Scotland plus the top leagues in France, Germany, Holland, Italy & Spain
- Updated final league positions for all playable English & Scottish clubs, plus top leagues in France, Germany, Holland, Italy & Spain
- Done English & Scottish league & cup winners for 09, League winners in France, Germany, Italy & Spain plus Champions League & UEFA Cup.
- Updated all 53 nations european participants for 09/10*
- Updated all new kits for 09/10 season to July 09
- Updated stadium capacity changes & moves worldwide
- Updated competition names for 09/10 season
- Updated nation co-efficients for 09/10
- Updated finance for English Premier League

* Due to the Champions League, UEFA Cup & Intertoto Cup being hardcoded for the 08/09 season we are using the teams who qualified for 09/10 and the format for 08/09, The UEFA Cup is now called Europa League & Intertoto Cup is now called Europa League Qualifiying in this update.

PLEASE NOTE THAT POINTS DEDUCTIONS ARE HARD CODED AND CANNOT BE REMOVED, WE RECCOMMEND DOWNLOADING A SAVE GAME EDITOR SUCH AS FMRTE FROM www.bracasoft.com. FM WEEGIE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS OF GAME USING THIS 3RD PARTY TOOL.

Other Changes

- Removed all expired bans from database up to end of August 09
- Removed all expired retirements from database up to end of August 09
- Removed all old future transfers up to the end of August 09 and moved players to their new clubs
- Removed all expired loans worldwide till August 09
- Removed all old injures from database up to end of August 09

Misc

- Real competition names for 09/10
- Fake fix included to solve Germany & Holland national teams having unplayable players
- No player stats, CA or PA altered.

Installation

-Download the file to your desktop by clicking on the link below, this will open megaupload website where the file is located (see below for pic)
- Once downloaded to your desktop there should be a file called FM WeeGiE Update, and should be a book icon. If the icon does not look like a book then you need to download winrar (see above)
- Right click on the icon and click 'Extract to FM WeeGiE Update' This creates a yellow folder on your desktop.
- Once it has finished extracting, click on the yellow folder called FM WeeGiE Update and there should be an identical folder inside.
- Right click on the folder and click cut
- Open up My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2009/db and right click and paste the folder inside the db folder.
- Load up Football Manager 2009 & click new game
- Select the FM WeeGiE Update from the drop down list and click load.
- Enjoy!

Just started a game with it now tho i think our reputation could have been tweaked a bit more at the start when Quinny tells you where he wants to finish its still avoid relegation

Yeh, just put it on. Amended it to mid table and got 18 million to spend.

It's not great in that respect but our squad is accurate, so that will do until FM10.

Doing exactly the same. Took me to see our team on FM to realise that we badly need a right back and some width.

May I recommend Seitaridis. Formally of Atletico Madrid, he is now a free agent. Better right back than Bardo and wont cost a penny.

It always happens as he plays more or signs a new contract his value will sky rocket. It is the same for all players ronaldo etc.

Bit gutted with the update, some players stats on the Weegie updates are normally tweaked i think, also getting £15m to spend on a mid table finish is shoite!

All recommended by my scouts within the first few weeks. Vicente has 5 goals in 7 at the minute

Agreed on this feller. Let him take all your free kicks and let him run forward, cross and shoot from distance... class player. Was my captain for years.

Edit: Aquino too... just noticed. Nice nippy left winger/striker.

I'll throw in John Fleck, Marquinos (the AMRLCFC one, not the AMFC one, although he's pretty good too), Joe Mattock and D'Allesandro.
