    Default Progress.

I know this might seem a bit pointless but think I'll use this thread to keep my progress.

As of this morning, I weigh 14st 2, and have lost 7lbs this week which I'm chuffed about.

I'm on a strict protein diet - low carbs, low fat and only having two meals a day - whey protein shake for breakfast and one main meal around 4-5pm, along with the gym 5 times a week.

I followed the same plan last year and lost almost 3 stone from late feb-July.

My target weight is 12 and a half stone for July 17th.

How you all doing with your progress?

If you can go that long without eating, I'd advise looking into intermittent fasting, it will be a hell of a lot more enjoyable.

Probably. I enjoy it actually, and can go ages without eating, I forget to eat most days.

The shake I drink is mixed with semi skimmed milk so thats about 170 cals, water throughout the day then one meal which will be about 500 calories.

It's only difficult if you can't do it/arent used to it. I only eat once a day anyways just let myself down by snacking.

I'm doing a low carb diet, which some on here tried to warn me about (Even though it's not dangerous, i understand where they're coming from)

Haven't said my weight loss on here as of yet, but it's going good, finished 4 weeks tuesday gone, another 5/6 to go.

I get told not to do this, not to do that, etc etc and in the end found something that worked for me and I felt comfortable with.

Good for you mate. Just be aware that it's probably not healthy in the long term. You don't really need that much of a calorie deficiency everyday to lose weight.
