Is Sunderland the dirtiest town in Britain...
Can't think of anywhere i've personally been that has a worse litter problem.
Is it the people or are the council not doing their job properly.....perhaps it's both. Personally i can't think of a real reason why people who haven't worked for a number of years can't help out with the problem.
