    How do you concentrate on things after kicking fags?

    initially "inhaling" hacks helped me.

    Not an easy thing to do but still off them for 25 years.

    This will sound really daft, but it works for me. Concentrate on something else. Take your thoughts away from a tab and focus on something else.

    I was on 20 a day, mate. Laugh at cravings now. Still get them. When I get them I find something to do. Fish tank, ironing, work. there is always something. Craving disappears

    I don't think I've made myself clear.

    I mean when i want to concentrate on something I have a fag. Now I don't smoke I struggle to gain concentration.

    I'm writing an essay. Normally to "get in the zone" so to speak I would have a tab.
