What is it all about? Where did originate? And why? I must have missed something. Seen it done before, Man City fans doing it now and Celtic fans doing it earlier too

Man City fans thinking they're cool and good (despite probably only turning up now they have good players) by copying off Lech Poznan who done it when they played in the Europa League.
