Bruce's attitude......
Is f*ck everybody and "I'm thick skinned and have been there and done that". He's clearly never going to resign because he's got no respect for the club or the fans. (there's the small matter of the ridiculous contract he's on of course!).
He looks like a man lost whilst on the side of the pitch, having so much money he could buy his shame a 100 times over but will not, a strange life IMO.
Anyone think different?

Re: Bruce's attitude......
he won't resign, no chance of that. Will all come down to when the board want to relieve him of his duties.
He said in his press cofnerence we want top 8, we arent going to get that, so unless short realises we need more investment to be top 8. He'll be gone in the next few months.

Re: Bruce's attitude......
He's a man devoid of ideas other than those that are ingrained in his football upbringing. Those alone should be impressive and far reaching but rather than learn the necessities of management he's learnt the 'how to be stubborn and survive' parts of management.
The big question with Bruce was how would he handle having real money to spend. I think that question has been answered, and with all fairness to Bruce, he hasn't spent badly, he just doesn't seem to be able to manage the higher level of player he has spent money on.

harsh them, kilgallon looked decent the times he played imo, got MOTM against man utd iirc. Turner has been decent for his fee, and kept a fair few clean sheets with him at the back. Could recoup most of our money if not all.

Re: Bruce's attitude......
Man management issues then? Unable to deal with the bigger ego's or personalities that managers face in todays game? Looking back at the odd incident over Bruces career say over last 5 years, does seem to suggest there is a problem there.
Something is wrong, and I don't think its just down to tactics or late substitutions or having 'no plan b' as many trot out. Something deeper isn't working.

Re: Bruce's attitude......
He's never gonna resign 'cos he's the manager who's bought this squad of players, I believe he's financially secure so this is about belief and pride, I might not believe about every signing and tactical decision he's made but he's better qualified than me and If you have a better CV phone Quinn, otherwise fook off

Kilgallon is a Championship footballer at the very best, if he was "decent" in your eyes then why has the manager who bought him completely frozen him out? We can't even get shot of him on loan to someone, never mind sell him.

he did a steady enough job, bad signing yes but never looked totally outclassed. He's had a few loan spells but has been dogged by back injuries i think.
