    Default Microsoft Outlook

Lass at work (no pics) has norsed up her email so that when she types one out it has the bold backwards "P" (paragragh sign?) on the end of every line and there are dots between each word.
Anybody on here know how to rectify it?
    TIA

she'll be using Word as her email editor and probably set the View options to view all. Go into options and view and turn off paragraph marks (the funny p) and spaces (the dots)

Couldn't quite follow your instructions but have turned off Word as her email editor which seems to have worked. Dunno if this will cause other problems though but.

turn it back on, and go to Tools / Options then on the View tab take the ticks out of the All box and also out of the spaces and paragraphs boxes if they are there.

Not having Word as her email editor won't do any harm though

I've just twigged that you mean carry out your instructions in Word not Outlook.

Edit: nope those boxes aren't ticked in Word either - Nevermind it's seems OK now.
    Thanks

you could do it in Outlook if you had a new message box open, but glad it's sorted anyway
