Question for conveyancing/property clever folk..
We're in the process of selling a house on a new estate, our house if 4 year old. A property management company charge an annual fee for upkeep of the estate and we pay so much per year. They buyer's solicitors have asked for records from the property management company ( I believe it's records over the past 3 years to get a confirmation of charge rates and increases). Our solicitors have advised it'll cost about £200.
Are we obliged to pay for this, to me it's the same as a utility bill but stand to be corrected.
