    Question Broadband problem (please help)

I got the technician out from virgin today as I was only getting around 1mb when i'm paying for 10, but anyway he couldn't find the problem and when we checked the speed on his laptop and my mothers laptop the speed was ok.

So there's something wrong with the settings on my computer that are limiting the speed, anyone got a clue what it could be?
