I don't think challenge 21 means you have to be 21, just that if you look under 21 you will be ID'd and have to prove you are over 18 (as opposed to only ID'ing anyone who looks under 18, which obviously lets loads slip trough the net).

But yeah, the place is a stain on humanity.
