Smile My oil level is too high

I had my full bloods done last monday and the doc called me to talk about the results as they had come back as abnormal.

Any way I was shitting myself cause I was very lll a year ago and its taken me ages to get over it.

So the doc tells me my oil is to high, I said whats that, he said its nowt to worry about but have you been eating a lot of oil, I said, I eat tinned fish 4 times a week but in tomato sauce, he says that should be ok, so I dont know what to cut out of my diet to decrease my oil level.

    What to do?

Stop getting your lass to rub baby oil onto your balls, it may be getting absorbed through the wrinkly skin?

Brekkie is shreddies in milk with just a tad of sugar

Dinner is mackeral in tomatoe sauce on brown bread, no butter
