Why? Most of the "benefits" they charge you for are crap & overpriced compared to buying the ones you would actually use separately.

If its better customer service you're after then First Direct seem to have the best feedback on that & they usually have a cash bonus for switching to them.

get yerself to HSBC, been with them for years, as have me 2 kids. nee complaints and call centres in the UK.
