Imagine if you woke up tomorrow and they'd built a Berlin-style wall, seperating the North from the Darksiders. Who would get the best deal?

Of course, we'd get the SoL, the beach and Roker Riviera.

You lot would get the town centre, the vaux site and Ford Estate.
