    I liked this bit

A model that may well see Nolan waving at Newcastle next May as he passes them on his way back up to a league they've just dropped out of.

How has Nolan just played the best season of his career? Is it better because it was for Newcastle?

That doesn't mean he had the best season of his career. 3 came in one match.

A few years back he was very close to an England call-up.

Typical bullshit that surrounds NUFC. Surprised you bought it.

I didn't, I was just giving an example as to why it may have been his 'best' season in the Premiership.
