    Default Car Insurance Claims

    Few questions...

Can you request a particular bodyshop / mechanic to carry out the work if you know they're trustworthy and cheaper?

On a family / multi-car policy, will my NCB be affected if it's the missus (nee pics) who didn't see the wall she decided to drive into. Twice. Forwards and backwards.

How much more will a policy cost (roughly) if we asked the insurance to pay out bearing in mind my NCB is 10 years, hers is about 6?

Should I break her back doors in or shit in her knicker drawer to punish her for her stupidity?

That's what I'm thinking. Going to be around £550 with my usual mechanic, but the missus is having a hissy fit saying I'm wasting our money and we should go through the insurance. I'm sure there's some irony in there.
