Try this Berek it's lush. I like to call it 'Corned beef Surprise'

    1 x shepherds pie dish
Bottom layer of sliced Corned beef
Then a layer of Heinz baked beans
    Sprinkle some chopped onion on
Then repeat so you have two layers of corned beef, then beans, then onion
Then comes a layer of mashed potato to fill the dish like a shepherds pie
    Sprinkle with some cheese
Bang it in the over on about 190 for 40 mins
    Done!

    you will not regret it

I tend to buy it ready sliced from Asda. Cheaper and safer.

they have ring pull ones and they are worse cos you can't get the corned beef out in one piece.

could never fathom out why corned beef tins are square instead of round. be much easier to open with a conventional tin opener, open both ends and push through like chopped pork
