Don't really care about Judas BUT how much do we get/percentage do we get of the transfer?

didn't hear about any such sell on clause - doesn't mean there isn't one, though.
As for getting all the outstanding fee, it doesn't hurt, but it doesn't actually make any difference. There's no difference, from a company-point of view in money that is in the bank now, and money that will be paid over x months.
