As you say though, as they have 2 washers on the back of a truck it seems there able to roam the streets without question. Up Blackhall they stand on top of the truck so they can see in folks backyards. Id imagine only about a third of the stuff they weigh in is "given".

On the flipside though, Ive had some quality contracts lately where a.c. pipework has been robbed from bank roofs.
