    ..hurts a hell of a lot more that the 4-1 in 2006. At least then we knew we were fucking shite.

    No knee-jerking, but I'm genuinely staggered at that today. How we can go from battering Manchester United to our performance today in the space of four weeks is beyond me.

    Found it hard today and I've seen a canny few games hard to take over the years.

    Worst result for us in over 50 years I think.

    I think it was also a case of having nothing to lose for them. They weren't really any major expectations. Newly promoted, hardly spent any money.
    Gutted.

    How many there had played in a derby like this before? Only a handful.

    I don't think they were bone idle. They were just out muscled by the better organised and motivated team.
    The mags had a huge point to prove after the relegation, and they really prepared for this.

    Get a life! No football fans south of Peterlee could care less about this result. Two mediocre Premiership teams playing for 3 points as usual.
