Have a situation where somebody who you work with is on more money than there so called "boss"

At our Ambulance station we have 2 emergency doctors working out of it who are on "ofcourse" more money than the station controller who they actually have to take orders from.

Im just wondering if there is any other work place with a similar type of scenario?

yeah us.Without trying to boast the last few years because of scheme work being price work(your payed by how much you do, rather than a weekly wage)we have been on a lot more than our foreman and chargehand.There has been one or two of us when overtime and standby etc are taken into account have been on more than our divisional manager (60k plus).

But to be fair its only right a skilled person should be on more than a pen pusher

overall mebbes, but probably not from club wages.His`ll be his advertising and image rights etc
