    It's easy saying that now but did you predict newcastle would walk this league this year? I expected them to struggle.

    No, it just shows you how easy it is for clubs like NUFC and Sunderland AFC when managers like Hughton can get you promoted and 15 pointers can win the league.

    Tells us nothing about next season except they will struggle badly if the same combo is in place. It'll be interesting to watch how they go about imploding again.

    I'm sure there will be a clamour for Shearer to return round about Xmas.

    They've got the best squad of players by far in that league so realistically it was a pretty easy job.

    Next year will be a different story.

    apparently not; done it at a canter. Watched a couple games this season and they where pretty bad but STILL managed 3 points.. in the games I watched they where very disorganised. Measure of the shower in the same league?
