Default Krasic banned for penalty dive

Sick of the derby crap at the minute so thought I'd post this.

Juventus winger Milos Krasic has been banned for two games by the Italian football league after replays showed he dived to win a penalty.

I think this a good move by the italians and could well stop diving!

If this was applied to every player in Italy the reserves would be turning out every other week for every team.

Didn't they try this with Eduardo in the Champions League and everyone went mental over it? IIRC he even had his ban overturned

On a side note, Krasic looks remarkably similar to Anthony Stokes, just with long hair.

This should be the only way that modern technology is applied in football: RETROSEPCTIVELY!

You should have used a spellchecker.

    In retrospect, of course.

Well, they've set a huge precedent and are going to be getting calls to ban players virtually every week now.

I thought this wasn't allowed according to the rules of the game.

It was suggested ages ago and FIFA said no.

I think its a tremendous idea - anyone caught cheating gets an immediate 1 match ban, every time.
Within 1 month, nobody would dive.
