    If you lose/break the key how much does it cost to replace?

    If its sent by 1st class post - £5 and they just take some off every time you top up to pay for it.

    never used to cost for a replacement....just used to send one out with a pound on it....call your supplier

    Hmmm. Landlady told us before that it would cost about £50 to replace.

    Chuffed if it's free because I broke ours and have to pay for replacement.
