How do you think it went? Turned up had a shite and checked smb pf Slipped into his M'on tracky and took training Went for a lay down after calling his parents for re-assurance that he has done the right thing. Locked himself in his office and had to be coaxed out by ellis and quinn and the club shrink! Took the press conference Not sure what went on after that .........

7am woke up
7.13am finally got down stairs (legs killing off jumping up and down on the touchline at the SoL yesterday 9am left a message for brucey reminding him slimming world did not appreciate being told to fuck off yesterday 1pm rocked up at the SoL 2pm finished talking shite to the press 3pm waited til everyone had left the stadium, walked to the touchline and started jumping up and down 5pm last jump 7pm feet up at home 7.07pm baffled at all the geordie/mackem bollocks on SMB |
