Default Trapezius muscle in yer neck.

Woke up a few mornings ago with a fucked neck muscle. Must have been sleeping on it funny. Fucking knacks! Nurofen only works for an hour or so, and these Codeine tinted ones seem to do less. I can hardly move my head.

I've been reading some exercise and specialist muscle websites that reckon you can stretch or 'pop' it back into place again, but any movement fucking kills, so rather than take specialist and informed advice, I thought I'd check with a bunch of SAFC supporters that are bored at work if they had done the same and could offer assistance?

Slapping the back of your neck really hard with your palm while having a wank should do the trick.
    Glad to be of assistance.

    Get someone to massage it.

I can crack my neck both ways, this doesn't you but it makes me look like a bad guy in a movie before a fight.

I knacked the same muscle drying my hair too vigorously, felt like I got cramp and then could barely move it after that

Could barely turn my head to the left for 3 or 4 days. It'd sorted itself out within a week though.
