    Default Overhaul or Gradual change?

With the summer fast approaching, do you reckon Martin will change the squad drastically in one big go come summer or do you reckon we'll gradually move players on and bring in new players? One thing we do need to address is the issue of a new striker...

I'd hope, despite what gets put on here, that it'll be a relatively gradual change. We really need some semblance of stability, which is something we've not had in a good while. We'll see though.

    Agreed.

Buying 10 players who didn't know each other from Adam for months wasn't exactly a masterstroke.

    About 4-5 players I reckon.

I would say anyone surplus to requirements should be booted ASAP off the wage bill or loaned out
For that I would say <5 apps and your out of there

Most proved more than upto the job. Leave alone barring, shedding a bit of dead wood (Ji and Elmo) and two strikers in...Not unhappy if those two were Gyan and Bendtner tbh.

Gradual, he's not a million miles away from making Bruce's squad into a pretty decent team. Looking forward to next season already.

Push the boat out for a top class striker and one or two squad players. Any Bruce like overhaul and we'd be back to square one IMO.
We have a pretty good 1st team (when fit) just dont have the depth or a finisher.
