    Default Christmas Side Dishes

    Right, I'm thinking going with....

Sprouts with Panceta, Garlic and Chesnuts

Honey Roasted Carrots and Parsnips with Parmesan

    Pork Sage and Chesnut Stuffing

    Orange, Cranberry and Port Sauce.

    Roasts in Beef Dripping

Anyone got any little hidden gems out there the wish to share?

agree with this list reads as very busy with too many big flavous competing on the pallet, good produce should be able to speak for itself. Tbh it looks like the cook is showing off to his guests

We are having exactly the same, with the exception of all of the food items which are replaced with a bowl of Bombay Mix.
