Can't remember where I read / seen it but vaguely remember something about any kit that you can get from the shop is bullshit, from the £10 to the £300 kits.

The best thing to do is fork out and pop along to your friendly neighbourhood dentist to do a proper clean and whitening.

aye but it doesn't last long. Best thing to do is order some crest white strips from the net, follow the instructions then once in awhile use them to keep on top of them. It can make your teeth sensitive for a couple of days mind.
