doctors rip off 0844 number

Getting really fed up of this, our surgery has the 0844 line to call to make appointments etc.
You call busy , hold the line you are caller number 29 !! and so it goes on.
Today my wife was 20 minutes before she could talk to someone.

Yes cheers that is a brilliant site used it for mmany years and saved a lot too.
