    Default Away wins?

In my lifetime of supporting Sunderland (1968 being my first game) I have never known us be any good away from home in the top flight.

Away days are becoming so predictable....0-0 for about 70-80 mins then they score a winner or we are winning 1-0 from an early goal and they equalise after 70-80 mins.

I'm sure there was one season in the 80's (83/84) where it took us something like 6 games to even score a fucking goal!

Does anyone have any stats on this?

Oh.....and Bruce out by October...especially if the scum keep winning.

I couldn't give a fuck if they win the league or get relegated - it's got fuck all to do with Bruce

Its a bit shit consdering how we have went through numerous transformations in playing and management staff. You'd think things would change.

Maybe our players have missed the home crowd when playing away, historically, like.

We won 6 away from home in both the 99/00 & 00/01 seasons.

Won 5 away from home in each of the 81/82, 82/83 & 83/84 seasons in the top flight too.

Too many people on here are more bothered about the mags winning than us losing. It's fucking pathetic.

Away wins are getting harder and harder to come by.

We need to do a lot better but even if we get up to a reaonable amount for a club outside the top 6 - folks will still be ranting and raving.

We need to start turning some of the losses in to draws and some of the draws in to wins.

Since 2007-08 we've played 57 won 7, dawn 13 and lost 37 (thirty fucking seven times) picking up 34 points.

I would still change our formation away from home but I think Bruce would get slaughtered, even if we picked up a few wins. We are far too lightweight away from home to be playing 4-4-2.
