Some peoples stupidity astounds me! they do the fucking daftest things!
I walk the dog every morning up the river, has many people do, but in the last
three weeks, I've begun to notice something a little bit, , , ,well stupid!!
little black bags full with dog shit, tied with a knot and cast aside...

Now don't get me wrong, I appreciate that the person's picked their dog shit up and bagged it, so no one stands in it, but, why the fuck don't they take it home and put it in the bin? dog shit rots! it's biodegradable, plastic bags last for years
so though this person thinks they are doing good they are in fact making the situation worse leaving little bags of dog shit lying all over, would anyone on the board be willing to come over and garrotte this person, as a sort of favour

Out of interest, how did you find out the knotted black bags had dog shit in them?

It's probably people who wouldn't normally clean up after their dog but take bags in case they get fined or someone challenges them. They probably only clean it when someone is looking, and hoy it away when there's neebody about.

there was tv programme about this a few months ago.

it is the height of laziness and apparerntly it was the same person.they ended up in trees and allsorts. because of the amount, the offence changed from a simple littering offence to a dumping () (cant remember the actual name, possibly fly tipping).

It was the local authoity who dealt with it and they will attend to clean up.

I saw that programme where someone was hoying the little black bags into a tree. went on everyday for months possibly years, looked like a dogshit christmas tree.

They caught the offender on CCTV and made them clean it up.

Bet it seemed hilarious at the time.
