    People ponce on about this food and that food. Quality this and well cooked that.

    Just skip a couple of meals and a scabby monkey cooked in clarts will taste lovely.

    Amazing the amount of food fannies that get on here like, even more so when you consider it's a working class region in the midst of a recession.

    There's plenty of people here that would profess to turn their noses up if it's not rare unicorn steak, basted in the juice from its own bollocks and served in the horn. Heaven forbid they lived in an area of famine the fussy fuckers.

    Two best meals I ever had were after i was deprived of decent scran for a few days.

    I still dream of the meal I had in a non descript athens restaurant after being in romania and then on a train through Yugoslavia.

    i was almost in tears eating the stuff.
