The Primal Blueprint
I'm not fat.. But I've got a canny keg from a combination of stopping smoking, casual boozing and probably getting older.
I'm desperate to lose it but with my busy schedule (crazy job, small family, several hobbies) gyming it is going to be hard.. perhaps twice a week for an hour if that..
I've been told that removing wheat and processed sugary treats from your diet will make the weight fall off..
anyone any advice on that?

If the reason you're in a caloric surplus is largely due to wheat and sugary treats then that will be the case, otherwise, it's not going to make a difference if those foods are in your diet or not if you still aren't in a calorie defecit.
