    Thumbs up Ripping Yarns

Watched an episode the other night. It was about some boring lad from a Yorkshire village.
Imagine my surprise when I saw that part of the programme had been filmed in Weardale. Bollihope Fell to be precise. Also some good footage of Teesdale and High Force.

It were hard to accept I were boring. Especially with my interest in rain fall.

Is that the one where his family speak in French so he can't join in their conversations?

What is your definition of 'Bollihope Fell'? Thats not a generally known area.
Talk me through it as if you were standing on the bridge where Bollihope Burn goes under the bridge at Whitfield Brow.
