John Egan snr
Very sad to hear about Kerry Legend (and dad of SAFC player JE ) John Egans death at the age of 59. There was a massive turnout at the funeral yesterday with loads of GAA greats present and Niall Quinn was also there. Any you guys got any memories of the great man ?

About 3 years ago I did make a comment about John Egan Snr. I commented on how great a player he was, a corner forward on the great Kerry team and won an unprecented 5 All star awards. On his way he picked up if I recall 6 AllIreland medals. He was one of the greats.
