    Just bought a book from "Julies Bookshop Ltd. A quality online seller, based just outside the City Of Durham, United Kingdom"

    Theyre from Consett man, why be ashamed to say so?

    Because they're marketing to a nationwide audience and anybody outside the north east who does know it will think of crisps or steel?

    Maybe, I don't know. Perhaps they don't want to alienate people from Stanley? As if they'll be using the internet or buying books! :invisible wink:

    Its amazing how many people up & down the country have heard of Consett, both young & old. I think some people have studied it in Geography as a case study for the impacts of removing heavy industry & the government response to it.

    It can be a bit rough at times but there are some really top people who live there as well
