    Default 4/3 camera lens question

Thinking about getting myself a new camera and 2 that quite appeal are the panasonic GF1 and the olympus E-620 They both use 4/3 lenses. If i was to buy one and the lenses for it, would it be possible at a later date to buy the body of the other camera and use the other lenses with it and not lose any of the associated features. IE would the panasonic lenses work perfectly on the olympus ?

Default Re: 4/3 camera lens question

Just noticed this on the new photography forum, the answer is yes and no, the GF1 is micro 4/3 the E-620 is 4/3. E-620 lenses can be used on GF1 via an adapter but don't know about going the other way, don't think it will be possible but you never know.
