    Default Cheese

Got some smoked Applewood from the market the other day and it was absolutely awesome. Probably the nicest cheese i have ever eaten.

    Isn’t cheese fantastic.... what’s everybody else's favourite?

Smoked cheese is lovely. As is nearly all cheese. I have very fond memories of a white stilton with mushrooms and garlic that Morrisons used to do but I haven't seen it for years. For every day cheesing you can't beat a bit of brie.
